Research in human-computer interaction.
Cybermind Lab is currently being implemented under the initiative of his founder, Carlos A. Almenara.
At the moment we have acquired some equipment including a brain-computer interface and some biosensors. In the near future we will acquire more equipment including a virtual reality system, a biofeedback system, and an eye-tracker.
Our team is also under formation and includes psychologists, a mathematician, electronic engineers, and an architect. We are looking forward to establish partnerships with other research teams to apply for research funds and to develop multidisciplinary projects.
Our fields of interest include: neuroscience, computational models of brain and behavior, data science, complex systems and disruptive technologies such as: blockchain, smart sensors, biohacking, virtual reality, augmented reality, and extended reality.
